I met him at the fourth floor of Radisson Blue hotel, Nagpur where I stayed for four days to deliver agile training for Nielsen. He could neither speak nor hear, and the kind of enthusiasm and commitment he demonstrated every day while greeting me at the lift was good enough to brighten up my days there.
